We want you to cherish every second with your new timepiece, but if it doesn't perfectly capture your style, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the timepiece you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all warranty cards and manuals are included.

  Ship with Care

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
